Note

I should have done this from the start. From now on, I'll only post out-of-print classical music.

It's always been my desire that Classical Connection grow into a community blog or "team blog." If any readers would like to join Classical Connection, please let me know: knowby [at] [Gmail]. You may then post your own out-of-print classical music to Classical Connection at any pace.

Any takers?

I think that is very admirable. I have not been around long enough to collect classical music that is out of print...I do try to post hard to find, copyright free works (the Pierre Schaeffer, for example, and the Armenian composer material).

I have found breathtaking material from your blog, and I hope it continues.

How long have you been listening (and purchasing) classical music?

I didn't start seriously listening to classical music (i.e. beyond insulting "The Only Classical CD You'll Ever Need" crap) until just over a year ago. I actually loved the Minimalists first, then started seriously listening to Beethoven, etc.

i can't be of too much help in terms of modern classical (unless you want some minimal electronic Italian composers), but if you can post any of the Giacinto Scelsi discs that were released on Accord many moons back, that'd be magnificient. i have only one of the series.
